Dan Weber brings extensive leadership experience across the capital equipment manufacturing and industrial rental equipment industries. Over the course of his career, he has served as President and CEO of multiple organizations, where he was responsible for guiding strategy, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. In 2014, Dan partnered with Jim Farley to launch Farley Equipment & Supply Co., a company dedicated to delivering fast, reliable cooling solutions for commercial and industrial clients. His management expertise has been instrumental in establishing the company’s reputation for dependable service and customer-focused solutions. Beyond Farley Equipment & Supply Co., Dan has also served in board and advisory roles, where he continues to provide strategic guidance to companies in the equipment and industrial sectors. Known for his results-driven leadership and ability to scale businesses, Dan has built a career centered on innovation, reliability, and long-term growth.

Jim Farley brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of large-scale commercial HVAC systems. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered complex projects for both private sector clients and governmental agencies across multiple regions. Known for his ability to lead teams and coordinate vendors through the most demanding challenges, Jim combines deep technical expertise with practical problem-solving skills. His leadership has consistently ensured projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. In 2014, Jim co-founded Farley Equipment & Supply Co. to address a growing market need for fast, reliable portable cooling solutions in the commercial and industrial sectors. Today, his vision and expertise continue to shape the company’s reputation for dependable service and customer-first solutions.

Erin Misiewicz serves as Office Administrator at Farley Equipment & Supply Co., supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and Finance from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. Erin brings her exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness and multitasking abilities from both her professional and personal experiences to support the company’s operations.
